Period of validity :
The “discovery offers” are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
Your 10-lesson package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Your 20-lesson package is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Each class can be booked 24 hours in advance at the latest.
Cancellation conditions :
Your course can be canceled no later than 24 hours in advance, otherwise it will be counted as due.
For duo lessons, the absence of a person will cancel your lesson.
Reimbursement conditions :
Kelly Loves Pilates offers you 3 types of discovery offers, and 3 levels of commitment to help you be sure of your purchase. As reimbursement is not possible, I suggest that you offer your unused lessons to a loved one.
Payment terms :
The Studio accepts credit cards for online reservations, as well as checks and cash for offline reservations.
